Scope of application
These general terms and conditions apply to the acquisition of all articles
Which are offered on the website www.fettsack.ch and www.fettsack.ch
Purchase of the good via webshop
Orders which have been made over the Internet are binding.
The customer is obliged to accept the item and pay the purchase price.
If an item is not available from stock, this is usually clear on the website at the product details.
If an item is still not available from stock, even if the article has been declared ex warehouse
and the customer has ordered it, then the customer has the possibility to choose a different color or quit the contract.
In this case, the order is invalid and if already paid the full amount will be sent back.
Acquisition of the goods by telephone
In the case of telephone orders, the customer has the choice to pay the purchase price directly at pickup cash or in case
of a delivery in advance to our account.
Purchase of the goods in our warehouse
All our items cab be bought against cash in out warehouse.
All articles which are listed on out website are available from stock.
Retention of title
The goods remains the property of fettsack.ch until full payment of the purchase price.
(Art. 715 ZGB).
Delivery of the goods
The goods are shipped to the address entered in the order process, unless otherwise stated by post or freight forwarder.
If the customer wants to collect the goods in our warehouse, he has to make an appointment with us.
Time of delivery
The ordered goods will usually be delivered to you within 2-4 working days after ordering and full payment.
Warranty
Fettsack.ch guarantees a 24-month warranty on production defects.
Natural wear and tear of the product is excluded from this guarantee.
Auctions
An item purchased through an auction is only eligible for warranty if the immediate purchase price is reached.
The customer has the right to examine the purchased item (s) upon receipt and to object to defective goods within 7 days.
Exchange of the goods
An exchange of the goods is not possible.
Liability
We assume no liability for damages caused by third parties.
For material damage arising directly from the purchase and use of the goods to the customer's other property
Premium Brands GmBH can not be held responsible.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
It is exclusively applicable to Swiss law.
Both parties undertake to seek direct contact in the first instance in the event of damage or complaints
Or to make use of all other means of arbitration prior to the appeal of a court. Court of jurisdiction is 5400 Baden.
